Guidelines for Online Fee Payment(SBI COLLECT) 

All the students (First, Second, Third & Final Year) of the institute are hereby informed that the online Fee Payment Facility is available from 21 June 2017(Wednesday) onwards to pay Term Fee for Odd Semster, 2017-18 from State Bank of India

Students are advised to refer the given procedure/guidelines to pay fee online as under:

Procedure for Online Fee Payment

  • Step-1: Visit https://www.onlinesbi.com and click on State Bank Collect
  • Step-2:Click Check Box to proceed for payment on “PROCEED” Button
  • Step-3:State of Corporate/Institution:Select/Type “GOA”
  • Step-4:State of Corporate/Institution:Select/Type “EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS”
  • Step-5:Click on “GO” Button
  • Step-6:Educational Institution Name: Select “SHREE RAYESHWAR INSTITUTE OF ENGG AND INF TECH” and click “Submit” Button
  • Step-7:Select payment Category *(Student must select their current year of study anyone from Second Year(III Sem Term Fee)/Third Year(V Sem Term Fee)/Final Year(VII Sem Term Fee)) and upon clicking on Payment Category, College Payment From will be displayed
  • Step-8:Student must enter his/her details(Viz. Name of Student, Father Name, Roll Number, Address, Mobile Number, Email,Date of Birth) and text as shown in the image. Click on “SUBMIT” Button to proceed Further
  • Step-9:System will show details of the candidate and the fee amount being paid
  • Step-10:Please verify that all these details are correct for the student. In Case of any error noticed, please inform the same ti Admin. Office(0832-2307001/2307855)
  • Step-11:If all details of the student are correct, please proceed to make payment using Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking
  • Step-12:On Successful ONLINE payment,system will generate a payment receipt
  • Step-13:Take the print of Payment Receipt to submit the copy to the Adm Office of the College.

Remarks: Cash payment in any SBI Branch

  • Students may approach to any of SBI Branch to pay the Term Fee through SBI COLLECT
  • After cash payment of Term Fee in SBI Branch, cashier will issue you stamped copy of “Pre Acknowledge Payment (PAP) Form”
  • Retain this receipt for your record, copy to be submitted to Adm Office of the College.

Important Note:

  • Student shall require submitting the print of counter slip Online Payment through SBICOLLECT to the Admin Office to obtain the Fee Receipt, Upon realization of fee payment, failing which Fee Receipts shall not be issued.
